Katie's
school had a market day. All the kids in her grade made or bought things to
sell. Katie chose to make book marks. We made them together. She
was having so much fun, we ended up making 70 of them. She sold over half
of them. There were super heroes, Hello Kitty, Strawberry Shortcake, and
Barbie, other animals and Mother's Day book marks. All of the
Mother's Day ones sold. They sold things to their fellow students, parents, and teachers; and they were able to in turn buy from their fellow students as well.
